LOL that guy has skill before and after he is damn good for only a year at least what you showed of a year.So i have question is it an expensive to have good paint and paper to hold it?

No it isn't we paint on Britannia paper it cost 9zł~3$ for 100x70cm paper sheet,
I use a Cotman watercolours in 45 halfbars ~45$, and jgospodarek used St Petersburg ~ 20$ for about 24 color bars,
About brushes, many great watercolouris uses squirel brushes but they are expensiv, about 20-50$ but we are using Lineo Sintetic brushes size 18 and one smaller like 12 or 10, size 18 cost about 6$
